Hi! I’m Jess. I’m a fell runner living in Sheffield, UK and I enjoy a variety of outdoor adventures.

My training is all about being able to do the things I love the most for as long as I can and as well as I can. I’m a big advocate for strength training to improve longevity and my coaching is focused on this idea.

While running is my area of expertise, I also work with people who are looking to build an maintain strength as they age. If you are struggling with long term issues, such as lower back problems, then my coaching can help you rebuild so that day to day life is more managable.

If you are a runner, then I work with people at various levels of ability to improve their injury resistance and prepare them for goal races.
