I do a free consultation and taster session for anyone interested in coaching. This enables me to get to know about you and your needs and for you to know whether you gel with my coaching style. This way I can put together a great plan for you to get stuck into straight away.

Weekly - A weekly one to one coaching session, personalised strength program and program monitoring

£120 per month

Monthly - A monthly one to one check in session, personalised strength program, program monitoring and email support

£40 per month

Pay as you go - Book in sessions as and when you want them, weekly emails to check your progress.

Paired Coaching

I am able to coach two people at once for strength training. This is a great way for two people with similar goals to get coaching for a reduced price compared to each of you being coached individually. Paired coaching is £160 per month. Please email to discuss this option further.

Workshops

As of January 2024, I will be hosting monthly workshops focused on injury prevention for runners. Keep an eye on social media for details.
